Shipping

Auslandei (“We,” “Us,” and/or “Our”) is a brand based in China, and therefore most products on sale are stored with and shipped from China.

For total order value under $80, shipping charge will apply and will range from minimum of $5 to maximum of $20 depending the destined country we are shipping to, shipment fee is usually cheap for most Asian countries and can be unexpectedly expensive for some island countries.

For total order value over $80, shipping will be covered by Us.

Shipping timeline

We use different Shipping Provider Services depending on order destination, usually shipment to the US, UK, Germany and most Asian countries will take 4-7 calendar days, shipment to other countries will taker longer, usually will take 7-14 calender days. If your order value is above $120, we will, by default, use fast express services like DHL, UPS or FedEx which generally take 3-5 calendar days, this timeline is not guaranteed and still depending on the destined country of the shipment.

EU Orders and Customs

For orders totalling under €150 we are obliged to collect VAT on goods sold through the EU’s IOSS Scheme. In most cases this means that the customer will have no import VAT or customs duties to pay before their goods are released from their local customs authority. For orders over €150 we do not collect VAT and in most cases the customer will need to pay import VAT and customs duty before their goods are released from their local customs authority.
Other International customers should check with their local customs authority to see if they are liable to pay any import VAT and customs duties.

 

Currencies

We use a currency converter tool so you may see, and be able to pay, for your items in your local currency. You’ll see the prices in the local currency connected to your geographical IP location, if this currency is available on the tool. If it isn’t available, we will show you the price in USD.
When we show you the price in your local currency, the currency conversions applied may be higher than the current exchange rate, and it is possible to change the currency so you can avoid any currency conversion.
To change currency, scroll to the upper right corner of Homepage and select a different currency in the drop down menu.
Note that your Credit or Debit card provider may apply their own charges when you pay in a foreign currency.
