Orders

Select a product and click on the button ‘ADD TO CART” to add each item in your basket.

Before check-out, you shall:
• Log in with your email and password
• Or create an account
Then you shall:
• Choose the shipment method
• Choose the payment method
• Proceed to payment
You will then receive an order confirmation email.

At any time, you can check the status of your order in your customer account under “My orders”.

How can I add one item?

Select a product and click on the button ‘ADD TO CART” to add each item in your basket.

How can I remove an item from my basket?

Just click on the little garbage bin icon at the right end of each line in your basket summary.

How can I see my basket?

You can access your basket at any time: just click on the little shopping bag icon at the top right of your screen.

How can I use a coupon?

Before check-out, fill in the code in the dedicated space on the basket page and press enter. It will automatically apply to the amount of your purchase.

If it doesn’t, please reach out to our customer service through the contact form.

How to cancel an order?

After check-out and payment, it is no longer possible to change or cancel an order. If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to our customer service through the contact form.

Delivery

Do you ship to my country?

Since we are based in Beijing and just starting as a small business, we currently ship to the following 16 countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Greece, Netherland, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan.

Shipment delays and methods

We use different Shipping Provider Services depending on order destination, usually shipment to the US, UK, Germany and most Asian countries will take 5-12 calendar days, shipment to other countries will taker longer, usually will take 7-14 calender days. If your order value is above $120, we will, by default, use fast express services like DHL, UPS or FedEx which generally take 3-5 calendar days. Once the shipment company has got you parcel, you shall receive an email with the tracking number.

At any time, you can check your order status by clicking "Track My Order" at the bottom of our webpage.

Change of delivery address

You can create several delivery addresses in you customer account. You shall choose the address before payment. Once your order is payed, the delivery address cannot be changed on our website.

My Account

How to create my account?

To create your account, click on the account icon at the top right of your screen and fill in the requested information. To confirm the creation of your account, you will receive an email with a confirmation link. Once this has been done, your account is created: you can now access it with your IDs (email and password).

How to sign in to your account?

To sign in, click “My account” at the top right of your screen and enter your email and password.

How to manage your password?

Your password is strictly personal and confidential.

You can manage it at any time from your customer account under “My personal details”.

If you forget it, click "forgotten your password?" next time you sign in. After entering the email address linked to your account, an email will be sent to you allowing you to re-set your password.

Why create an account?

You can access your information at any time, from all your devices:
• Go to your order history and download the related invoices
• Request a return or exchange of a product
• Update your personal data
• Follow your loyalty program
• Manage your wishlist
• Follow your personal offers

How to sign up to our newsletter?

We recommend you to sign up for our newsletter to keep updated about our latest news. To sign up, enter your email in the dedicated field at the bottom of the homepage.

Although our communication and our offers are designed with great care, you may no longer wish to receive our newsletter. In which case, you can unsubscribe directly from the newsletter by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the newsletter or ask our customer service.

How can I pay my order?

You can pay your order:
• By credit card
• By Paypal

Prices of items

Prices on our e-shop does not include local VAT, we might collect VAT on goods sold at "Checkout" page.

For EU orders under €150 we are obliged to collect VAT on goods sold through the EU’s IOSS Scheme. In most cases this means that the customer will have no import VAT or customs duties to pay before their goods are released from their local customs authority. For orders over €150 we do not collect VAT and in most cases the customer will need to pay import VAT and customs duty before their goods are released from their local customs authority.

Returns

How can I return an item?

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Products have to be returned in their original packaging and shall not have been worn.

What to do if I receive a product with a quality issue?

We give a great care to checking each accessory and preparing each order. However, if your accessory happens to have a quality issue, we will do our best to remedy it and make sure you are fully satisfied. Please reach out to our customer service through the contact form.

What to do if I receive an item different from what I ordered?

We give a great care to preparing each order. However, it might happen that we unwillingly skip one product: we are deeply thankful for your understanding and patience. Please reach out to our customer service through the contact form.

If I return an item, when will I be refunded?

After we receive and accept your return, the average delay to get your refund ranges from 2 to 7 working days. The refund will go through the original payment method used for purchase or through issuing a coupon.

How can I pre-order an item?

It’s completely transparent to you Customers!

Some successful products are available for sale with an extended period (8 weeks), this period is due to the new production implementation of the product.

These products are left for sale so you can always access your favourite products.

How can I be updated about the availability of an item?

When an item is temporary unavailable, you can enter your email in the “Alert” field to be updated as soon as the item is back in stock.

Product photos

Each product description features the main characteristics of each item on our e-shop. Photos are not contractual. Depending on the internet browser or the screen that is being used, colors might differ from actual colors. Besides, many of our accessories are hand crafted: there might be slight differences between the item shot and the accessory you receive. This is the proof of a handmade, one-of-a-kind accessory.
